SURFACES GESTION was founded on 6 December 1997 by Vincent MARCOU-REBILLARD — a graduate of the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (a leading French real-estate school) and a former notary's clerk — together with his partner Gilles Ricour de Bourgies, who served as president of FNAIM du Grand Paris from 2010 to 2015 and is now retired.
Our core business is property management, focused on rental management and property transactions, mainly in central Paris and the inner suburbs.
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive service to our landlords and to take care of managing their properties.
Our team will handle every legal, financial and tax matter associated with property management. We have an in-depth knowledge of current regulations and can provide relevant advice and tailored solutions. Whether the question is contractual, financial or tax-related, we are here to help our clients make the most of their investment.
SURFACES GESTION is a small, approachable firm dedicated to delivering a personalised service and attentive to our clients' needs. Our share capital of €1,289,000 underpins the financial strength of our firm. We also hold a financial guarantee of €2,080,000 issued by GALIAN, securing the funds held on behalf of our landlords.
