Tax deductions

Did you know?
When you hand the keys of your property to a property manager, their fees are fully deductible from your property income, helping to reduce your tax bill.

Why invest in rental property?

Property is a highly sought-after investment. It is one of the few investments that can be financed with a loan, which makes it accessible.

It delivers solid returns while limiting risk. Reliable and reassuring, it lets you build or steadily grow your assets.

The basic rules for a successful rental

Own a property and want to rent it out? Here are a few rules to follow:

  • Check the condition of your property and carry out works if needed.
  • Obtain the mandatory property inspections (diagnostics).
  • Set the rent in line with the rent controls provided for by the regulations.
  • Write and publish your listing.
  • Select your tenant and be sure to obtain supporting documents.
  • Sign the lease and its appendices.
  • Carry out the property condition report (état des lieux).

Free yourself from the paperwork by entrusting us with the management of your property.

Renovating your rental apartment

A change of tenant is often the perfect opportunity to renovate your property and bring it up to standard.
What's more, many works are deductible from your property income.
It's the ideal moment to give your apartment a fresh new look and keep it competitive on the market.

Payment of rental income

Your rent is paid to you by bank transfer on the 25th of each month, together with a detailed management report.

Managing unpaid rent

In the event of non-payment, we carry out the various reminders to the tenant.

And if the dispute continues, we put in place a procedure to bring the matter to a close as quickly as possible.
